Ayurveda 101: Summer with Kriplau's Larissa Hall Carlson and John Douillard


In this course, leading Ayurvedic experts Larissa Hall Carlson, the former dean of Kripalu’s School of Ayurveda, and John Douillard, founder of LifeSpa, will share four weeks worth of calming and cooling asana, pranayama, meditation, self-care practices, and dietary tips that will help you ease inflammation and anger during the heated pitta season—July through October. These practices are also great year-round if you are experiencing an excess of pitta dosha—if you have acid indigestion, acne, bloodshot eyes, agitation, or a short temper.
