What Your Workout Will Look Like

Stage 1 - Rise and Shine - A combination of HIIT and weight-training circuits to boost your EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) and burn a ton of calories.

Stage 2 - Be Super! - For these two weeks we'll do a ton of superset workouts. The goal of all supersets is to boost performance, build muscle and endurance and increase the overall metabolic effect of the workout to burn more fat.

Stage 3 - Work It Circuits - Using heavier weights and fewer reps, the goal is to increase the metabolic cost of each workout, meaning it will take more energy to finish, helping you burn more calories and fat.

Stage 4 - The Big Finish - These workouts use compound movements and big weightlifting power moves to get big results.
