Yoga for 3D Hip Stability with Ariele Foster

“Hip opening” is a widely requested theme in yoga classes, but the sedentary habits of modern life that contribute to tightness are best served by the opposite—stabilizing. Join Ariele Foster, PT, DPT, E-RYT, founder of YogaAnatomyAcademy.com, for a four-week on-demand workshop that will dive into foundational hip anatomy and practices that will cultivate strong, mobile hips. Approaching yoga asana from a stabilizing rather than “opening” mindset requires a huge paradigm shift, but if you’re ready to discover the antidote to sitting, don’t miss it. AVAILABLE ON DEMAND.
